  • What percentage do I need to pass this course?

    You will require a pass of 80% for each quiz.

  • Can I re-take the quiz if I don't pass?

    Yes you can have several attempts to earn your minimum 80% passing grade.

  • How many months do I have to compete the course?

    You should plan to complete the course in 6 months.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes, upon successful completion you will receive a digital certificate issue by the NeuroDesign Academy.

  • Will I receive a badge or logo for marketing?

    Yes, you can use the logo/badge assets located in our resource library. It demonstrates you have completed the program.

  • If I lose access to the course, can it be reinstated?

    Yes, just email us at [email protected] and we will reinstate access for all paid users only.

  • What is your refund policy?
